                               RESOLUTION NO. 18878
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH ADS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES,
                   INC. RELATIVE TO RELOCATION OF A FLOW METER
                   FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TEN THOUSAND SIX
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10,600.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with ADS Environmental Services, Inc.
       relative to the relocation of a flow meter to its new location in 

       the Brainerd Area for an amount not to exceed $10,600.00.
